Nov 23, 2012 I have followed diverG's URL, filled in the redemption code provided there and the NB FX form, got the serial number, downloaded, installed and activated the Essentials, They work fine (the only problem involved my AVAST that would not let me activate the application, so I had to temporarily disactivate AVAST).
Hi, OK.then my only other suggestion would be to completely uninstall PowerDirector 15 and the effects packages, and then do a fresh install. And contact customer support if that doesn't help David Yes, i have done that as well. I may have a currupt copy of the PD 15. I have asked Techsupport to provide a clean copy but have not heard back. They are very slow. They have asked me to contact Newblue Newblue is asking for the validation key which I do not have.
I do not think it is their problem any way, as this is a new purchase from Cyberlink.
