Thank you for purchasing this Icom product. The IC-208H VHF / UHF FM TRANSCEIVER is designed and built with Icom’s state of the art technology and craftsmanship. Does what it is supposed to. Some users stated that product was not user friendly. If a large amount of data has to be entered for programming, I can see how this could be burdensome.
Each channel must be programmed separately; no options to copy/paste CSVs or tables of data. That includes all options for each channel/frequency desired. For the user needing only to program a dozen or two channels worth of data, the product works just fine. Icom certainly could have done a better job with this one but it does work exactly as described, just not very efficiently. I would buy again.
