I’m excited to announce my collaboration with The Rum Kitchen. I have created a special, naturally Caribbean-inspired, plant-based menu for them which you can sample across all three sites (Notting Hill, Kingly Court and Brixton). Some of the highlights include, “KFC” – Krispy Fried Cauliflower served with garlic sweet potato, tamarind aioli and a cayenne agave. Pora Other menu items include Jerk Spiced Jack Fruit & Pineapple Black-Eyed Bean Rice, Creole Squash with Molasses Sugar Chickpeas and Coconut Kale Crisps, and a light and refreshing Rainbow Salad with Agave & Ginger Dressing.

All the bold flavour you’d expect from tropical food, but with a focus on plant-based ingredients. Recipes for the below (KFC) can be found in the recipe tab at the top of the page. So excited to share news about my latest baby, Spoon!

It is all about fuss-free family food. Think simple recipes, inspired by BIG world flavours, for the whole family to enjoy. A couple subtle twists or additions make a dish as perfect and exciting for the grown-ups as it is for the children.

Right now, we've just launched social media (facebook, twitter and instagram). Find us @we_are_spoon (). Follow for tasty and simple recipes, information about feeding your family in the most fuss-free way, how to get your children involved in the cooking and for further details about our full product launch later this year! I am thrilled to be working with Encona to 'spice up' family favourite recipes. This brand has such memories for me. When we first moved to the UK, my parents would stock the cupboards with Encona's West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce.

Every mealtime, that bottle would be perched on the table, as they dipped, dunked and drizzled it over most dishes! I have created some simple and delicious recipes for Encona, that I serve up at my own family table, with a little Encona twist. First up is the Jerked Barbecue Mac n Cheese (a favourite of my Darling little son (with a little less of the devilish twist though.). Keep your eyes peeled for more recipes with Encona, soon. Thanks to all who turned up to my supper club with Good Things Magazine and Sandals Resorts.

It was a gorgeously decked out affair in Sandal's stunning space in South Kensington. The menu was a fresh and vibrant approach to traditional Caribbean fare and went down a storm, along with Rum Ambassador, Ian Burrell's fantastic (and too easy to drink!!!) paired cocktails. Official pictures to come soon. (And also more news on a collaboration I shall be working on with Sandals and Ian, to come. I am so excited to share it!!).

Thrilled to announce that I will be re-launching my *Lime supper club after a wee hiatus to have a baby, who at 7 months has kindly settled into a routine (lady in red dancing emoji would be useful here) and is granting me permission to stoke up the (kitchen) fire once again. The setting will be more intimate and cosy - you will practically be in my kitchen - and there will be a banquet of my unique style of Caribbean - inspired cosy, wholesome and vibrant dishes for you to sink your teeth into. Similar format as previous: £30 to include the whole menu, plus a welcome cocktail and please feel free to bring your own additional bottle(s) - I'll provide the old-school calypso.

For dates, and to book, please subscribe to my website. I look forward to feeding you! Delighted to be collaborating with Marley Spoon to bring you a series of limited edition recipes exclusively for Marley Spoon that will be available to. Inspired by the Caribbean, they will bring a punch of spice, colour and fun to Marley Spoon boxes as Autumn approaches, featuring seasonal ingredients such as butternut squash, corn on the cob and sea bream. Kicking off with my Adobo Chicken with Corn and Charred Pineapple Rice, make sure you try them out. A simple and easy way to enjoy an exciting mid-week meal made with fresh, great quality ingredients. Enjoy a special £20 off your first box with this code: ShiviMarleySpoon. 'The After Hours Club from British Airways, The Club Magazine invites you an exclusive Caribbean dining experience at the Orangery Restaurant, Kew, in association with Peyton and Byrne.

We are thrilled to be hosting a supper club with the talented Caribbean chef Shivi Ramoutar at one of London's most verdant locations, Kew Royal Botanic Gardens. Shivi is a hot-list author with her new book 'Caribbean Modern' and an ambassador for authentic and feisty Caribbean flavours. The supper club includes a welcome cocktail and three course feasting menu of her favourite dishes. Minecraft battle royale map. We're very much looking forward to this one! Shivi has made it her culinary mission to twist classic Caribbean dishes and ingredients from her childhood into her own vibrant, fresh and easy-to-make delights. Shivi believes that any menu is only as good as the produce it uses and has crafted a tasting menu of delicious creations from this gregarious chef and to learn about the importance of provenance whilst enjoying the unique setting of Kew Royal Botanic Gardens.'
