Install the game as outlined above. Install the Artificial Academy 2 DLC HF Patch. Install the Append Set I add-on. Install the Append Set II add-on. Install the latest Artificial Academy 2 HF Patch (the latest version includes all official patches, so you don't have to worry about your game not being up to date). Installed mod A then B, uninstall B then A. There are currently two ways. AA2 installation, it's more time effective to just install the game again from the start.

You can do so without switching your entire system locale by downloading Applocale. 'HELP, I get a message saying Illusion software is only available for domestic users over 18!' Run the game in Japanese locale. Illusion doesn't sell games to international audiences. 'HELP, my question isn't listed here!' These guys are wizards and have guides for just about everything. Sorry I can't offer more.
